Generally, items that are displayed in the store are of course available. Nevertheless, it may happen that certain colors or sizes are sold out. Once you have selected the color and size on the item page, the respective availability will be displayed.

Available = The item is in stock and can be shipped to you immediately.

Sold out = The item is unfortunately sold out. An order is therefore unfortunately no longer possible. With our Essentials we continuously receive goods from our manufactory again. Please check the desired item again at a later date.

Once you have completed your order and submitted it to us, you cannot make any changes yourself. However, we will gladly accept your change requests by phone or mail and adjust your order accordingly, provided that your order is not already on its way to you.


We choose our payment methods very carefully. The way of payment should be as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible for you. Therefore, currently offers you the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)
  • Paypal
  • Purchase on account (only in DE, AT and CH), max. 4'000.-

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly on the Internet - free of charge. Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase. You pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card data deposited with PayPal, instead of entering them again with every purchase. PayPal payments arrive quickly. Then the seller can ship the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.

Order conveniently on account and pay the invoice amount within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the goods. You will receive the invoice by e-mail.

Security attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and your right to informational self-determination. We protect your personal data with the help of tested encryption technologies. With the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure procedure, all order and credit card data is transmitted to us in encrypted form and, of course, treated confidentially.

The entire checkout and My Account area is secured by the SSL protocol and thus protected from unauthorized access. As soon as the URL in the browser line starts with https://, you are in a secured area.

Credit card payments are protected with the internationally recognized security standard 3D Secure. With the "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard® Secure Code™" procedures, the cardholder authenticates himself via a personalized password that is known only to the cardholder. The password is requested at the end of the payment process and protects you from card misuse by unauthorized persons. If you are not yet registered for this procedure, you can register online in a few steps during the ordering process or switch to another payment method.

In principle, you can visit our website without directly entering personal data. For the optimization of our services, data on click behavior may be stored. Data, such as your IP address, which are technically necessary for communication on the Internet, may be recorded. Evaluations are always carried out in anonymous form and without reference to persons. However, if you want to place an order or subscribe to our newsletter, some data such as your name, address and date of birth will be required for a smooth shipping as well as the order and stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

All prices include the statutory VAT plus shipping costs, if applicable. We deliver with Swiss Post, GLS and FedEx.

The indicated prices include value added tax. For delivery to countries outside the European Union this is not applicable. Your invoice amount will be automatically reduced by the corresponding amount. Please note that the VAT valid in the respective country will be collected by the parcel deliverer upon delivery.

The fast and reliable delivery of your package within Germany and worldwide is handled by our experienced logistics partner GLS. Within Switzerland we ship with the post office. USA, Mexico and Russia are shipped via our logistics partner Fedex.

Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

As soon as your package leaves our house you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In a few exceptional cases, due to bottlenecks at the manufacturer, longer delivery times may occur. In this case, however, you will be informed by us about the status of your order.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the GLS driver will leave a card with, among other things, a telephone number where you can make delivery or pickup requests. Tip: If you are difficult to reach at home, simply specify an alternative delivery address when placing your order - e.g. Packstation, workplace, friends, relatives.

Return/Exchange grants you, without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, a voluntary right of return of 100 days from receipt of the goods. This means that you can withdraw from the contract even after the 14-day cancellation period has expired by returning the goods to us within 100 days of receipt. We will bear the costs of the return shipment.

The prerequisite for the extended return option is that you have only worn or tried on the goods for fitting and that you return them to us complete and without damage in the original packaging. The voluntary return option does not apply to the purchase of gift certificates.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please order the desired size or color in the Onlie Shop and return the item that does not fit. This way we can send you the desired item as soon as possible.


We ask for your understanding that discounts can generally not be granted. However, we offer you numerous additional services such as free returns and the right to return goods extended to 100 days, etc.


The products offered at are 100% the same as the items available in retail stores. They are new and defect-free goods.

Gift card

With the Zimmerli gift certificate you can only store in our online store. Please note that only Zimmerli gift vouchers that have a voucher code can be used when shopping on The entry of this code is required for a transaction. If the balance on your gift card is not sufficient to pay for your order in full, you can also pay the remaining amount by credit card, Paypal or on account (only for Switzerland, Germany and Austria). To do this, first select the ""Redeem discount code"" field under Payment methods and enter your gift card code. The value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the value of the shopping cart and you can pay the remaining amount with another means of payment. Your gift voucher will not be charged until the completion of your order.

Keep your gift voucher inaccessible to third parties, as this data can be used to access the credit of the gift voucher. We are not liable for any damages resulting from transactions made by unauthorized persons using the gift voucher code. Additional offers/promotions cannot be paid for with the gift voucher at this time.

The product view shows all items available at the time of your visit. Sizes that are not available are displayed inactive and cannot be added to the shopping cart.

In rare cases (e.g. during the Christmas season or in the event of a sell-out), it may happen that several customers access an item at the same time, so that it is out of stock at the time of ordering. As a rule, sold-out products can unfortunately not be reordered. In this case you will receive a notification on the screen
