In Switzerland, the EU and the USA and Canada there are no import costs. In all other countries there are additional import costs, which will be charged directly to the customer. For some items there is a longer delivery time due to logistical reasons. Based on experience, the delivery time is one to two business days in Switzerland and two to five business days to Europe, the USA and other countries. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the shipping status of your shipment online.
