Generally, items that are displayed in the store are of course available. Nevertheless, it may happen that certain colors or sizes are sold out. Once you have selected the color and size on the item page, the respective availability will be displayed.

Available = The item is in stock and can be shipped to you immediately.

Sold out = The item is unfortunately sold out. An order is therefore unfortunately no longer possible. With our Essentials we continuously receive goods from our manufactory again. Please check the desired item again at a later date.

No. You do not need to observe any minimum quantities when placing your order at www.zimmerli.com.

You will be informed by us quite automatically by e-mail about news concerning your order. Of course, you can also receive additional information from us personally or via the function ""My account"" on our website. For the latter option, however, you must have registered as a customer.

Once you have completed your order and submitted it to us, you cannot make any changes yourself. However, we will gladly accept your change requests by phone or mail and adjust your order accordingly, provided that your order is not already on its way to you.

Swiss Post takes care of the fast and reliable delivery of your parcel within Switzerland. In the EU, the logistics partner is GLS. We ship to all other countries with FedEx.

Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

As soon as your package leaves our house you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In a few exceptional cases, due to bottlenecks at the manufacturer, longer delivery times may occur. In this case, however, you will be informed by us about the status of your order.

Yes. You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Use the "Withdraw from Contract" button in the footer of our website or contact us by email (services@zimmerli.com), mail, or phone (+41 (0)44 457 64 01). You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt via email. In addition, we voluntarily grant an extended return period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The merchandise must be in perfect, resalable condition. It may only have been worn for fitting purposes and must show no signs of use, such as stains, odors, makeup, or damaged tags. All accessories and the original packaging must be included in the return shipment. Bottom pieces of underwear may only be returned if they are unworn and in their unopened original packaging. Personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Please email , returns@zimmerli.com, or with your order number. We will send you a return label free of charge. Alternatively, you can return the merchandise with shipping costs prepaid.

No. Items with embroidered initials or other personalizations cannot be returned because they are custom-made for you.

No. Gift wrapping is non-refundable, and gift certificates cannot be canceled or refunded.

Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the merchandise. If it is in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price to your payment method. The refund usually takes a few days. The original shipping costs will not be refunded, as the delivery has already been completed. Signs of use (makeup, odors, worn labels) may result in a reasonable deduction for loss of value, but only for signs of use beyond normal try-on.

These include, among others, long-staple cotton varieties such as the rare Sea Island cotton, the finest silk, and innovative cellulose fibers such as Lyocell. The fabrics are knitted or woven with a high thread count, which significantly enhances shape retention and prevents premature wear. Added to this is the precise craftsmanship of the underwear in Switzerland: seams, cuffs, and hems are constructed in such a way that they retain their fit even after many washes.

In rare cases (e.g. during the Christmas season or in the event of a sell-out), it may happen that several customers access an item at the same time, so that it is out of stock at the time of ordering. As a rule, sold-out products can unfortunately not be reordered. In this case you will receive a notification on the screen

Zimmerli releases so-called “Limited Run” collections at irregular and infrequent intervals. These lines are produced in very limited quantities and are therefore highly exclusive.

Limited Run collections are aimed at connoisseurs and enthusiasts of exceptional quality. Due to their limited availability, these pieces are often only available for a short time and are not reissued. We keep our customers up to date on new products and special lines through our newsletter.

The entire Zimmerli of Switzerland range is developed in Switzerland. 80% of all styles are produced by hand in Switzerland. The underwear for men and women is produced 100% in Switzerland. Selected nightwear and loungewear lines (e.g. pyjamas, nightgowns, dressing gowns, boxer shorts, jackets, certain T-shirts and trousers) are manufactured in certified production facilities in Europe, with which Zimmerli of Switzerland has a close and long-standing partnership. These fulfil the very high product quality standards and share the corporate values of Zimmerli of Switzerland. The country of origin is transparently disclosed on the product and on the packaging.
