Purchase on account
Payment on account is a convenient way to order, allowing you to settle the amount owed within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods. You will receive an invoice exclusively by email. A copy of the invoice can easily be downloaded at any time via My account. Zimmerli Textil AG reserves the right to request customer credit-rating assessments and to pass on customer data to a third party for this purpose. Late payments will be subject to interest on arrears of 5% per year plus a reminder fee of CHF 25.00. In the event of late payment, Zimmerli Textil AG is entitled to assign a claim to a third party at the customer's expense or to appoint a third party to handle the debt collection.

For delivery to countries which are not in the EU (except CH) additional import costs will be charged directly to the customer. For some articles there is a longer delivery time due to logistic reasons. This will be communicated to you during the ordering process. The delivery time is from experience 1 to 2 working days in Switzerland and 2 to 4 working days in Europe, Worldwide and USA. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This contains a tracking number with which you can track the delivery status of your shipment online. Please note that the tracking number is only activated once it has been recorded and updated by the shipping service provider. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later. Registered customers can also view the status of their order via their customer account (My Account).
