Subscription policy
In addition to the one-time purchase, Zimmerli Textil AG also offers a subscription for selected articles. Deliveries are made automatically according to the selected delivery interval, e.g. every six or twelve months. Payment is made individually for each delivery using the payment method stored in the customer account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled, but can be cancelled or paused at any time without notice. The subscription settings can be changed by the customer independently in the customer account or change requests can be communicated in writing by e-mail. Items purchased with the ‘Gift box’ and ‘Personalisation’ options cannot be subscribed to.
